Vancouver Community College Course List
Four neighbourhood establishments had met up in 1965 to frame what is by and known as the Vancouver Community College. The four organizations were the Vancouver Vocational Institute, the Vancouver School Board’s Night School Program, the Vancouver School of Art, and the King Edward Senior Matriculation and Continuing Education Center. They had all consolidated and were at first called the Vancouver City College. Classes were held at the King Edward Center first and foremost. The school had set up a grounds in the Langara neighbourhood, which in 1994 had transformed into a free school. In 1974, after partition from the Vancouver School Board, Vancouver City College came to be known as Vancouver Community College. The primary grounds was then moved to 1155 Broadway from twelfth Avenue and Oak Street (the King Edward Center). By and by, the grounds at 200 square Dunsmuir (Downtown grounds) houses all the offices that were accessible at the Vancouver Vocational Institute at first.
The Vancouver Community College includes three grounds. The main grounds are arranged at Hamilton (200 Block Dunsmuir). It is known as the Downtown grounds.
